I have performed worldwide from the amazon jungles of Ecuador, to the coast lines of Hawaii and beyond. I have graced global stages, taught the art of dance, collaborated with top organizations and spread cultural understanding to a variety of rooms. Throughout my 20’s I started to experience multiple awakenings and knew that I was meant for more. This lead me through a journey of deep self-discovery and remembrance. It all lead me to the world of life coaching and learning self healing modalities like breath work, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and so much more. Experiencing many rock bottoms before, I have known the shadows of limiting beliefs, stagnancy, anxiety and depression. After years of shadow work, dedicating my self to healing and working with exceptional mentors and teachers I have created shifts within my life and now feel ready to be a guide in yours and the
