  • MEANING OF THE LOGO & NAME

    “Kiskisiwin” means “to remember” in the Ininiw (Cree) language. We are a holistic healing collective centred around nourishing our communities and our people into remembering who they are and the power they yield. The symbol is a white raven which brings the teaching of courage to fly high and do the inner work that many won’t have the will to do like cycle breaking, intergenerational and ancestral healing and shifting our subconscious mind.

    First couple weeks we will establish your personal medicine wheel, laying the foundation and new beginnings in identity work through accessing the Eastern doorway of the mind.

  • Identity & Soul Work

    South, Spirit, Breath

    Accessing the southern door of soul/spirit to gain greater insight & clarity on values, beliefs & potential of your “highest self”. Shifting subconscious beliefs on a soul cellular level.

  • Emotional Awareness

    West, Heart, Water

    Opening your western doorway of the heart & emotional awareness with a grounded energy. NLP techniques to aid in the parts or emotions causing resistance & need space holding.

  • Physical Integration

    North, Body, Fire

    Integration of everything so far into physical form, activating the death integration portal of our old identity. Timeline techniques to shift the past & structure the future.

  • Intergenerational

    Ether., Return to Centre

    Deeper intergenerational work. Bringing it all together in unification, returning to your centre in the ether. Utilizing somatics, movement, energetics for your expansion & celebrating the deep inner work.

  • Full Circle

    Revisiting the eastern doorway, another rebirth after the work we’ve done. Coming full circle on our journey & addressing any lingering resistance or obstacles coming up.

I realized that many women of the BIPOC community, especially space holders like artists, visionaries, medicine women, healers, holistic service providers and more were lacking safe spaces in such a highly saturated industry. I was where you were; desiring more grounded approaches to spirituality, craving a soft space to land with the knowledge of de-colonial practice and honouring of ancestral roots. I thought, “If only there were more mentors/teachers that truly understood black, indigenous, women of colour world views, experiences, obstacles and intergenerational responsibility that we all carry, then maybe there would be more collective healing”. I felt that the coaching industry lacked safe spaces, so I become one.

Culture and ancestral ways have always been an important part of my life and heart work, it is weaved through the essence of my offerings. I began most of my work as a cultural ambassador but I knew I was meant for more. Throughout my 20’s I encountered powerful spiritual awakenings that led me on a journey around the world. During this time I navigated my own healing journey, visiting rock bottom more times than I liked to admit, where I learned how to dance with my darkness and light. I explored different healing modalities, attended ceremonies and received guidance from many teachers a long the way. It wasn’t until I found Yes Supply (a BIPOC founded coaching company) that I learned the power of the subconscious mind and how we can create powerful shifts in our life. I began making shifts in my own life and created my own heart-led coaching business, weaving powerful ancestral codes and world views into the transformation work. I feel like I have fully embraced my true self, my gifts and with it desire to bring impact to this world and future generations.

    “Kiskisiwin” means “to remember” in the indigenous cree language. This aims to be an intimate community based group coaching experience for rising bipoc heart-centred leaders including allies who desire to grow with like-minded kin.

    Designed to assist and empower you through your life and/or sacred business with a unique approach utilizing the medicine wheel and interwoven with a return to ancestral codes and indigenous worldview. Om the 8 sessions we will access tools to heal intergenerational trauma, reprogram and rewire our brains to work for us rather than against us, how to create a holistic business model, how to find clarity and build confidence in what you do and what you offer, getting clear on how to structure your business around your gifts/passions.
